SINAG is back on its 5th year - guides you toward financial literacy

"It takes a village to raise a child, a team to build a dream and a community to foster financial literacy."

Financial literacy can be defined as the convergence of financial, credit and debt management. It is the knowledge that is necessary to make financially responsible decisions – decisions that are integral to our everyday lives.

In today's world with all the uncertainty, financially literate people are those that see money as a means to an end and freedom.

But how do we really start the road toward financial literacy? I am pretty sure, all of us would want to understand better about the word because, at the end of the day, our goal is to manage our finances properly not just for our future but for the future of the people that matters to us.

Glad to have been part of the Sun Life community the past year. I don't have an account under their company but I am one of the bloggers who support their cause and their services. In return, Sun Life recognizes the effort and influence we are giving the community by providing us with workshops and events to help our blogging journey and one of that is the SINAG Awards.
